Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue. It may also promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.

Abhyanga Massage

60 minutes $135

This massage starts off with Garshana, a traditional Ayurvedic dry massage with raw silk gloves to refresh and stimulate the system. Warm oil is then applied to relax and calm the entire body, from the scalp to the soles of your feet. The oil is the central component of Abhyanga. When combined with massage strokes, it’s thought to promote overall health and wellness.

Our Private Couple's Massage Workshops are a personalized and intimate experience designed for couples who want to learn the art of massage together. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, seeking relaxation, or simply looking to deepen your connection, Jordyn will guide you through the techniques and movements of massage therapy before allowing you and your partner to take turns practicing the techniques on each other. Massage creams, essential oils, hot stones, etc., will be provided for you. Complimentary take-home gift as well.

Our Group Massage Workshops provide the same educational massage techniques but in a small group setting. All couples will have access to their own private massage room after learning from Jordyn to practice the techniques on each other. Our classes focus on relaxation massage with some incorporation of hot stone techniques if desired. Massage creams, oils and stones provided. Complimentary take-home gift included.

Our group classes have a minimum of 2 couples and maximum of 5 couples per class.

You are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the sauna, jacuzzi and relaxation areas before class. Spa robes, sandals and towels provided.

This invigorating and relaxing treatment combines an invigorating full body cleanse utilizing exfoliating mitts with our Signature Relaxation Massage. Great for removing any impurities and eliminating rough spots. This treatment is ultra hydrating, ultra relaxing and is great for improving circulation and cell turnover.

Shirodhara – The Third Eye Therapy

90 minutes / $225

Shirodhara is a popular Ayurvedic treatment not commonly found in the United States. In this ultimately luxurious and relaxing body treatment warm oil flows through a beautiful vintage copper apparatus onto the “third eye” in the center of your forehead, stimulating and soothing the central nervous system. The warm oil will be massaged into your hair, neck and down the body promoting circulation, reducing stress hormones and completely relaxing the mind and body. The service is completed with a quick cleansing mini facial to ensure clarity of the face.

Plan to do this treatment when you can leave the oils in your hair. It’s amazingly hydrating and nourishing for your hair, scalp and body!

Hydrating Oil Hand, Foot and Scalp Treatment

This ultra hydrating and relaxing massage treatment lasts approx. 45 minutes and is an excellent way to pamper yourself while also improving the health and appearance of skin and scalp. Relax and unwind while improving circulation. This treatment includes a hydrating foot soak and exfoliation.

Plan to do this treatment when you can leave the oils in your hair. It’s amazingly hydrating and nourishing for your hair, scalp and body!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Welcome to our bohemian escape! Once you arrive, you are welcome to follow the red brick pathway back to the Blue Step Lounge. Feel free to arrive early to check-in, change into one of our comfy waffle robes, shop, grab some water (or wine) and relax in our cedar sauna or by the fire in our cozy new relaxation area. If weather allows, please feel free to relax in the courtyard centered between our service rooms and buildings.

If you’d like to use the Jacuzzi, Cold Plunge or Sauna please let us know ahead of time so we can have them ready for you. Don’t forget to check your Vagaro app or your texts/emails to fill out any accompanying forms that go with your service(s), so you have that done ahead of time if possible.

We will have a discussion about your goals, what areas you’d like to see improvement, and then we will give you a moment to get comfortable (robe, undressed, clothes on), whatever you choose – depending on your service.
